Feeling bad...

I can not get enough sleep.
This is all I have for today.
Made for MOPS this morning.
It's a breakfast casserole.
It looked beautiful.
It tasted OK.

The best thing?!?
I made the bacon by cooking it in the oven (the way I always do).
And (as always) the bacon comes out perfectly crisp.
Easy clean up if you use a foil lined cookie sheet (which I also always do--because I'm LAZY!)
AND
The whole house smelled like bacon. :)
mmmmmmm....the joy of that was lost on O, but not on my husband. :)
